Shift Crew is designed to organize your rotating schedule without turning that schedule into a product.

Information Shift Crew handles

The app stores the shift types, leave types, rotation patterns, pay-period settings, preferences, and notes you create. With your permission, it reads and writes calendar events needed to synchronize the dedicated Shift Crew calendar and any overlays you explicitly choose.

Where the information lives

App data is stored on your device and may synchronize through your private Apple iCloud container when iCloud is available. Calendar events remain in Apple Calendar. Temporary on-device files support the app and its widgets; they are not sent to a developer-operated server.

What Shift Crew does not do

• No advertising or cross-app tracking.
• No third-party analytics SDK.
• No developer-operated account or schedule database.
• No sale of personal information.

Permissions

Full Calendar access is used to create, update, delete, and display managed schedule events. You can change Calendar access in iOS Settings. Without access, calendar synchronization features are unavailable.

Retention and deletion

You control app and calendar data through the app, Apple Calendar, iCloud settings, and normal iOS app deletion controls. Deleting the app does not automatically delete events already written to Apple Calendar.

Changes

This notice will be updated when the product’s data practices materially change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
